Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience working with bicycles

• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently

• Possess mechanical aptitude and handiness

• Own a smartphone and provide an email address

• Be able to access the internet via a mobile device

• Pass a background check

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have reliable transportation

• Be capable of standing for prolonged periods and able to kneel, bend, twist, and lift over 50 pounds repeatedly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble and repair products and merchandise with precision, following manufacturer instructions and complying with retailer policies and standards

• Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivating and nurturing positive rapport with clients

• Collaborate with Retailer management to validate the build list and inventory

• Prepare and finalize invoices on a daily basis

• Report and communicate effectively with the Area Manager

• Sustain a hygienic and secure work environment.
